The hotel is very good - helpful and friendly staff, good and clean rooms and facilities; good, safe and convenient location. Breakfast is good. There is no parking, but there is good valet service.

The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. The included breakfast had a great selection of hot, cold and pastries. The location was a 5 min walk to the metro (Saint-Laurent (green line)) and 15 mind walk to old town. located at the top of China town section. Rooms were quiet! Felt like we were the only people in the hotel. It was also clean and rooms had a mini fridge, coffee maker and microwave. Beds & pillows were pretty comfortable. Messaged with hotel before arrival and they were very responsive and helpful

Hotel Zero gets a big fat zero on all aspects of service. The staff at the desk could not even direct us to the correct side of the hotel to find our room, they gave the wrong directions about which subway line to use and told us housekeeping was off all weekend when we needed towels--the room was never cleaned during our stay. I understand that the price was gouged because of the F! race--by 500%!!!!--so these lapses were even worse than usual. Even the cost of the continental breakfast went up so we went next door was a great Tim Horton's breakfast.

I like the view of our room overlooking the china town, old Montréal and Notre Dame tower. The hotel was in the center of downtown and old Montréal. (walking distance) And walking distance (appx 1 mile) from train station to our hotel. The room had a magnifying mirror :) The Metro station was behind the hotel about a 1/2 miles.
